A client engaged Fortis to solve a safety concern regarding the access to maintain and inspect some of their pump station infrastructure, which had been identified by their site OHC team. Fortis brought a turn-key solution, which included engineered design, fabrication, and site installation of five structural platforms and access stairways. Once installed, the platforms could replace the temporary access that had been used previously, making the site crews’ maintenance and inspection procedures safer.
